Yarn Cravin’ Sock Club

Hey guys! Thought I’d share the yarn I recently did for a local (well, up in Perrysburg) yarn shops sock club.

For Yarn Cravin’ I dyed up some Ode to the Sea Sock in a colorway called Turk’s Cap Lily because the TCL is a native flower of Northwest Ohio. My inspiration came from this photo.

Turk's Cap Lily

And these are the socks I knit up with the test skein (love)-

PDY Sock Club, April Shipment

PDY Sock Club, April Shipment

First pkg for PDY’s Dead Poets Sock Club. The featured poet was revealed to be Edna St. Vincent Millay.

The yarn is named after the poet and inspired by her and her poem First Fig-

My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends—
It gives a lovely light!
